The planters cannot be exchanged once bought, if you are unsure of what you buying, please visit the store and then buy the planters.

In terms of dimensions, there will be no change. All planters are made from the same molds and size difference is marginal if at all. The color in ceramic glazes can vary a bit, especially in the planters where more than one colors are used to get a shade. We have mentioned almost on all such planters that colors are inconsistent and can change from one lot to another. We will send you pics of the planter, before we accept the order.

cost of delivery will be calculated as per destination, weight and volume by our authorized courier company. We will share this cost with you once we get your inquiry. Also a time line for delivery will be shared with you.

if the item has not left our store, we will accept the cancellation and refund the money. If item has been shipped, it will not be taken back.
