Ceramic Planters are heavy and voluminous, therefore delivery of these items cannot be handled the way a smaller item is handled. All products on our website show the dimensions of the pot along with rates. Please email us your exact requirement and we will revert back with the costing and courier charges for the same. Step by step procedure for Order Inquiry:
1) Choose the items and add them to the cart, once done it will give you the option of raising an enquiry. The site will also prompt you to fill up a few details pertaining to your contact details etc. Kindly do that.
2) We will revert to you on how the items will be delivered after discussing with you. The broader scheme for delivery is as under:

- Local orders of smaller size, will typically be loaded on to an Uber after payment is made for the items. We will coordinate the movement on phone before it is done. Cab charges are to be borne by the client. All risk of damage in transit will be that of the client. Items will be inspected and video graphed before dispatch.
- Larger orders (local) will be dispatched by truck with our representative. We will coordinate the movement of goods on phone before it is dispatched. Transportation charges are to be borne by the client. We will take responsibility for delivery till the venue.
- Out of Mumbai deliveries will be done by a professional courier. We will intimate to you the cost of delivery after receiving your enquiry. Courier charges are to be borne by the client. All risk of damage in transit will be that of the client. Items will be inspected and video graphed before dispatch. As a complete Insurance on movement of ceramic items is not covered by any of the Insurance companies, it will be our endeavour to choose the best and safest courier partner and ensure the best of packing.
